Summary

Before the trial, Artem discusses Gordon's will with the main character, learning more about Moonriver Pharmaceutical Laboratories, its downfall, and its illegal drug R&D in the process. Harry expresses his concern is only for Joey and that he only wants to secure his innocence and inheritance to ensure Joey's future.

At the trial, the MC faces off against the people's prosecutor; using the will as leverage, she forces Fannie Morris to change her testimony enough that the judge determines it to be unreliable, throws it out, and declares that there isn't enough evidence to convict either Harry or Joanne for Gordon's murder.
