Overview

Contract Dispute: A water purifier company signed a contract with a coffee shop for two water purifiers, agreeing to settle the balance within one month after delivery. However, after a month, the coffee shop asked for a discount due of quality issues. The coffee shop sued the water purifier company, which has hired Themis Law Firm as legal representation.
