Overview

Consumer Rights Protection: The client signed up for a tour group from a travel agency and bought a luxurious 4-day 3-night tour package. However, when she arrived at the destination, she was forced to buy products she didn't want and the hotel was downgraded from 4 stars to 3 stars.
