Overview

Consumer Rights Protection: The client purchased a mobile phone online and paid for the product and delivery in full. But when the delivery arrived, someone posed as the client and stole the package. The client demanded the online shop to send another one or provide a refund, but the shop refused on grounds claiming that they had already sent out the package. The client sued the online shop.
