Let's test some improvements to the debate data to incorporate quotes and skills; players who are barely on the brink of clearing a level may find it advantageous to refute arguments that have problem skills before other arguments in the same wave.

I'm going to use Anomaly 5-24 for a basis. But to get coloring down, I'm going to change a couple of items' elements in wave 2.
