Overview
- Contract Dispute: Charles was burglarized in broad daylight. Besides calling the police, he insisted the property management be held partially responsible. Surveillance footage revealed that the guards at the entrance didn't ask the burglars for any identification before letting them in. This is in direct violation of their service contract. Thus, Charles has demanded the property management reimburse part of his losses, but was refused. He hired Themis Law Firm to sue them.
