Theory 1
Video analysis revealed that Irene Burke appeared many times in the surveillance footage. Between 8:00PM and 10:15PM, she wore the brown windbreaker that was seen at her apartment and went into disguise.
Jun Choi's Voice Recorder
A voice recorder found in Jun Choi's office, with a partial recording of a conversation between him and Irene Burke.
Jun Choi recorded this just in case. In the recording, Irene Burke knew the time and location in which Jun Choi would murder Simon Bloodworth. She also promised to help him get off the hook.
