Summary

At Jovi Vance's apartment, Artem and the main character negotiate for Simon Bloodworth's final package. Jovi demands that in return for the package, Artem must investigate the alleged murder of his sister, Naomi Anderson. Jovi points the pair toward Ava Kendricks, whom he personally finds suspicious as a debt collector suspected of dealing illegal drugs. After proving to Artem that Simon's package is still in his possession and is useful to the NXX Investigation, Artem agrees to take on Naomi's case.
